The service
NeverDark provides website design, hosting, CRM setup, and related marketing-automation services on a monthly subscription. The website we build for you is part of the ongoing service.
Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions bill monthly. No long-term contract.
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice so we can offboard you properly.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy in your first 30 days, we refund your initial investment.
What's yours, what's ours
- Yours: your domain (registered in your name), your leads and CRM data, your content and brand assets, your Google Business Profile, and the SEO value attached to your domain. On cancellation, all of it goes with you, and we'll export your CRM data as part of offboarding.
- Ours: the website code, design system, and tooling we use to build and run your site. The site is part of the subscription and comes down if the subscription ends. It is custom-coded and not transferable to other platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or GoHighLevel sites.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to the content, photos, and information you provide, including consent from people appearing in photos. You're responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business (licenses, certifications, offers).
Reasonable-use and disclaimers
We work hard on results but don't guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue; anyone who does is lying to you. Services are provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.
