Where we come from.

We've spent nearly a decade working with small businesses in the fitness and wellness world: 24/7 gyms, CrossFit boxes, yoga and Pilates studios, boxing and kickboxing gyms, ballroom dance studios, personal training studios, chiropractors. That work lives on at our sister company, Gym Members Now, the marketing and consulting side of the family.

And across ten years of those businesses, we kept running into the same two problems.

First: most of them had genuinely bad websites: unmaintained, unoptimized, built with no marketing perspective on how to turn a visitor into a booked appointment. Not because the owners didn't care, but because nobody they'd hired ever treated the website as the thing that's supposed to convert.

Second, and worse: the owners had no idea what their website was generating. Nobody could tell them how many leads it produced last month, so they couldn't tell if it produced any. So they did the only rational thing you can do with a black box: they ignored it and spent more on paid ads.
